Our Office Hours are :
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If we are unable to answer your call please leave a message. We get back to you until 9:00 PM.
If you have problems we will write a trouble ticket and get back to you as soon as possible. After hours we do check our messages and our system networks are monitored 24/7.

Scheduled System Maintenance Information
CVB has regularly scheduled maintenance days, every Tuesday evening from 10:00PM - 2:00AM on Wednesday our System Administrators will be doing routine updates and configuration changes to our network when it is needed, you may experience downtimes during this time frame. Emergency maintenance and important improvements may happen as required and without notice.
