    We do our best in offering exceptional customer service. Check out CVB’s online resources. If you run into trouble we’ll have you up and running in no time.

    We welcome all new clients from Ascendance, Foothill Wireless and Coastal Web Online, please give a us a little time to get to know you and please do not hesitate to call us for information regarding billing and tech support. If there are problems that we are not familiar with we will contact your previous provider for help.

    Our Office Hours are :

    Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If we are unable to answer your call please leave a message. We get back to you until 9:00 PM. 

    If you have problems we will write a trouble ticket and get back to you as soon as possible.  After hours we do check our messages and our system networks are monitored 24/7.

    Before you call in for technical support make sure you checked your First Aid Check List” which you can download from our web site.

    Scheduled System Maintenance Information

    CVB has regularly scheduled maintenance days, every Tuesday evening from 10:00PM - 2:00AM on Wednesday our System Administrators will be doing routine updates and configuration changes to our network when it is needed, you may experience downtimes during this time frame. Emergency maintenance and important improvements may happen as required and without notice.

    Here you find information to help you troubleshoot problems that don't require our assistance.  If you try these steps and still can't get your connection to work call us

    Problems that are due to your computer, software, or operator error will be billable at tech support rates ($95/hour).

    If it is determined that the problem is with the Central Valley Broadband Wireless network and not your computer or internal network there is no charge.

    Central Valley Broadband does not provide Free LAN (Local Area Nework Support) support any longer. CVB charges $95/hour for help with your computer or refers you to local Network Consultants.
