We are accepting payment by check or credit card, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Billing services are provided monthly or yearly.
Starting March 1st, 2008 there will be a $2.00 Billing Surcharge for sending an invoice.
Delivery
Typically delivery takes 2 to 10 working days. The installation and setup fee includes a site survey, configuration, installation of equipment and testing to ensure the best end-to-end connection.

You need to be located in an area where we offer service and be close enough to our transmitter to receive a clear signal. Generally, you need to be within four miles of our transmission equipment and have a clear or near clear line of sight. Our installer will make sure that you can receive a signal and have the appropriate signal strength.

Computer Operating System Compatibility
You will need a computer with an operating system that supports Ethernet and has the TCP/IP software component installed. Our service is compatible with Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista, Macintosh and any Linux/Unix operating systems that support TCP/IP.

Should you for any reason discontinue the service for a few months because of remodeling your house etc. CVB will charge a re-connection fee of $95.

Custom Installation is anything outside of Basic Installation. Custom Installation is done by quote only.
Fishing cable through interior walls and trouble shooting computer problems are also not included. We charge $95/hour for this service.
An e-mail service will be available or customers can continue to use any web-mail account they currently have, such as Yahoo, Hotmail or Netscape etc.. With our service customers can have up to 5 separate e-mail accounts with the subscription. Each account can use 50 MB (megabytes) of storage capacity and have a unique address. The e-mail experience with Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora and others will continue to be the same.

If you are not satisfied with the service(s) ordered, you must contact us within 30 days to receive a full refund of the Installation fee! You must also return the equipment.
