Central Valley Broadband, LLC. states that protecting your privacy is important to us.

User Information

When users visit the web site of the Central Valley Broadband, we might ask for contact information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. The financial information that we collect is used for billing the customer for products and services.

Central Valley Broadband’s web site uses order forms for customers to request information and services. The contact information from order forms, such as a visitors/customers e-mail or home address, is used to send orders and information to the Central Valley Broadband’s staff or send information about our company to our customers.

Our sites may also record a user's IP address, which helps us diagnose problems with our servers.

Information Central Valley Broadband collects

It is important to note that Central Valley Broadband contains links to sites other than CVB, and that those sites may not follow the same privacy policies as CVB. For instance, if you click on an advertisement on CVB this will take you away from CVB to an entirely different site. This can include links from advertisers, content providers and partners who may use CVB's logo and or style as a result of a co-branding agreement.
