    Technical Support

    What kind of Technical Support does CVB provide?

    CVB provides only internet access service. The point of demarcation between the CVB network and the customer network is the power injector module inside the customer premises. CVB is not responsible for the operation of the customer network beyond this point. In the event of a loss of service, it is the customer responsibility to ensure their network is functional. In the event that the customer requests a service call, CVB personnel will test the service to the power injector. If there is no fault in the CVB equipment, a service charge will apply. If the CVB equipment has a fault, it will be repaired at no charge to the customer.

    (as stated in the Customer Service Agreement)

    CVB has FREE Tech Support available but it is limited to your connection and related issues with our service.  Any computer problems, software problems, Microsoft problems, printer problems, virus issues you need to call your computer repair technician. CVB is working with a few good people.

    If you need CVB onsite support CVB charges:

      $95.00/hour for labor

      $125/hour for a new cable run or antenna move

      $99.95 If you disconnect your service and want to reconnect again
